The 18th Annual Pacific Northwest Lineman's Rodeo Saturday drew more than 60 competitors and their families from Oregon, Washington and Arizona. Although the event is primarily a competition for utility workers and a fundraiser for Portland's Oregon Burn Center, it's also become an opportunity for families and friends to see what linemen -- pole-climbing electrical workers -- do every day.
