Description

The Savage Gear LRF CCS is short for Light Range Fishing and these rods are designed on light rock fishing concepts that cover a range of mini and micro lures with the ability to effortlessly handle tough fish on light lines. These rods are super light in weight, built from highly durable and tough Toray modulus carbon fibre for that additional strength when needed. You can use the rods in either freshwater or saltwater and they can be used for Perch, Trout and smaller saltwater species. The action of each rod is fairly fast and forgiving, allowing the rod to be cast with ease and handle stronger species of fish with lighter line and smaller lures. As for bite detection, the tip is made from solid carbon fibre for enhanced sensitivity and is hi-vis coloured for superior bite indication. The LRF rods have Coil Control Snake (CCS) guides and these taper smaller entry diameters from the bottom of the rod to the tip to help minimise line coils when your line leaves the guides. CCS guides also stop your line from touching the blank to reduce friction for enhanced casting distance and performance. The reel seat is Savage Gear Gold Label designed and the split handles are made from comfortable but tough EVA foam for durability. The Savage Gear LRF CCS has a black, white and blue colour combination and is supplied in a ready to fish, deluxe rod bag.
