I have a quick turnaround in most cases so when entering your information please be sure of your desired personalization. Once your order has been completed and your PDF file attached to your order for download REDO’s are NOT permitted since it’s a personalized digital file all sales are final. The only time I will redo tags is if I make a mistake then I absolutely will redo them and send a corrected PDF file. I do not send proofs for tags since they are very straight forward.
