For sale here is a Fisher 8'6" 4wt 2 piece graphite rod finished by Chris Barclay. The rod is in near mint condition. Sanded graphite blank with bronze colored wraps, bright guides. Reminiscent of Scott rods. Fisher built blanks for Scott for a number of years in their early days. This rod features the finest grade cork grip sanded to a minimal full wells shape. Nickel silver cap and ring reel seat with a cork spacer. There is light soiling on the grip. The rod features spigot ferrules which helps to better transfer energy through the rod sections. The action is on the faster side of medium-fast in terms of graphite rods. It is light and well balanced in the hand. It is somewhat progressive giving it the best of authority and delicacy.
