The gallery was opened in Rostov Veliky on July 14, 1995.

Mikhail Selishchev was born in Livny (Orel Reg.) in 1962.

Exhibition of Mikhail Selishchev “On the road!” dedicated to the creation of Nikolai Vasilyevich Gogol, mainly his poem “Dead Souls” and “Petersburg Stories.” N.V.Gogol used the most poetic and warm words in the description of the road. This is his state of mind – the ROAD, his inner world, his fortress, where he escaped from the rest of the world.
